
The Andalusian and Bolivian delegations of the NGO InteRed have organised a webinar to present the objectives and results of a project carried out in the Guaraní village of Chuquisaca (Bolivia) to combat gender-based violence.

On Tuesday 21 January 2025, the Teresian Association in Granada had a Mass of thanksgiving in the Basilica of Our Lady of Sorrows to close the Centenary year. The celebration was presided by Archbishop José María Gil Tamayo and there were several concelebrants who are friends of the TA.

On January 10, in the city of Burgos in Spain, a Mass of thanksgiving was held to conclude the celebrations commemorating the Centenary of pontifical approval of the Teresian Association.

“O youth! You ask me what you can do? You can conquer the world, no more, no less.” These words of St. Pedro Poveda addressed to young people started an insightful and inspiring conversation with Gregoria A. Ruiz, the President of the Teresian Association and Lucia S. Subaldo, Sector Director of the Teresian Association in the Philippines, on the mission of the young people in the Church and the challenges they encounter in a society influenced by globalization and social media.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the encyclical Laudato Si', a 10-hour contemplative vigil will take place on 25 January (from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.). Online participation is possible and people can join in at whatever time suits them.

The Teresian Association, through its Guidance and Accompaniment Center (COA), supports children and families in a working-class neighborhood in the city of Holguín, Cuba.
