
The Bana Ya Poveda Centre in Kinshasa is continuing to make significant progress in the integration of street children and adolescents. They come to receive training and be given a chance to have a better future.

After a two-year break, the international headquarters of the TA in Spain celebrated the feast of Pentecost on Sunday 5 June. It was like an extended cenacle that included the whole worldwide TA.

A Teresian Association school in Maipu Chile, the Alberto Perez School, marked the anniversary of the canonisation of St. Pedro Poveda. On 4 May, they went on pilgrimage to the votive church of Maipu, and their theme was, “With Poveda I walk in peace and for peace”.

With the motto If you only knew what God is offering... the Teresian Association's pilgrimage to Covadonga 2022, at the beginning of October, has been convened. The offerings to Our Lady of Covadonga will be presented by men and women from various countries on four continents.

The Pedro Poveda School in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, took part in a second chance high school programme for young people at the invitation of Youthbuild Mexico.

This year the Teresian Association has been celebrating the centenary of its presence in Donostia-San Sebastian. It all began in the academic year 1921-1922. As part of this commemoration, attention was directed towards society and the world today.

On Tuesday 22 February, around three hundred people gathered to celebrate the opening of the centenary of the Teresian Association in Cordoba in Spain. The event was held in the assembly hall of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. It was also followed online from other locations through a live transmission channel.
