
The Teresian Association participated in the Jubilee of the World of Education, held in Rome from October 30 to November 1, 2025, which included, among other events, the International Congress ‘Educational Constellations –A Pact with the Future.’

“Life flows, meets and is renewed in Covadonga, together with Pedro Poveda and La Santina.” These are the words of Isabel Acereda Cadavieco, currently in charge of ‘La Casina’, an open house that the TA has in this enclave full of meaning, which offers experiences of prayer, silence, study and contact with nature.

Mayara Lima, a journalist representing the Pan-Amazonian Ecclesial Network(REPAM), attended the TA's Socio-Educational Proposal (PSE) Seminar 2025 on Critical Environmental Education and Integral Ecology, held in Montevideo, Uruguay. Her lecture was structured in three stages and discussed COP30 and its objectives. Now, her interesting lecture can be viewed on Novamérica's YouTube channel.

On 1 November, as on every first Sunday of the month, members of the Teresian Association Youth Congo (JITC) gathered at the Karibuni Library to share, pray and reflect. It was a simple yet deeply enriching day, marked by a fraternal atmosphere and a sincere commitment to solid values. From the Democratic Republic of Congo, they tell us how the meeting went.

On 23 October 2025, the international headquarters of the Teresian Association in Madrid hosted the presentation of the book Os Frutos do Silêncio – Pedro Poveda: Educação Ciência e Cultura, written by Maria do Rosário de Sousa and with a foreword by Cardinal Emeritus Carlos Osoro.

The TA President, Gregoria Ruiz, visited the Teresian School in Dublin on the occasion of its 60th anniversary and joined the Mass of Thanksgiving presided by Mgr Ciarán O’Carroll in the local parish church of Donnybrook.
